During the summer, the UFV Library is experimenting with combining our Reference Desk and Circulation Desk into one, co-located desk.
So, for all your questions, you can come to one desk.
One desk -- two ends!
Although we will be using one desk during our pilot project, there will be two service points. The staff working on the left-hand side can handle your circulation questions and the staff on the right-hand side can answer your reference questions. So, you can still talk to the experts in circulation and references services!
During our pilot project, we anticipate that service will remain the same or even improve. We encourage students and employees to provide us with feedback:
- Survey: Complete a yellow survey (located at the desk) and tell us about your experience.
- Focus group: Provide us with your name and email address if you would like to participate in a focus group.
