The BC Day long weekend is quickly approaching and that means library closures. However, in addition to the reduced hours for the BC Day long weekend, our Abbotsford Library hours will be reduced for the rest of August.

Both the Chilliwack and Abbotsford libraries will be closed for the entire long weekend, August 2-4.
Starting August 5th-22nd the Abbotsford Library hours will change to:
Monday: 8:30-7:30
Tuesday: 8:30-4:30
Wednesday: 8:30-4:30
Thursday: 8:30-7:30
Friday: 8:30-4:30
Saturday: closed
Sunday: closed
And during the break between classes the library will be open 8:30-4:30 Monday-Friday only.

Abbotsford Library Carpet Project
Over the next two weeks, the Abbotsford Library will be getting some new carpeting. There will be some rotating closures to certain spaces. Those areas impacted include the silent study area on the second floor and the G180 computer lab (but G210 will remain open as will the computers in our reference area). If you want to check out items in areas that are closed, please ask a staff member for help.
