The UFV Library (both Abbotsford and Chilliwack) will be closed on Monday, May 20th, for Victoria Day. AskAway will also be closed. However, our online resources (e-books, databases, and libguides) will be available to access. Have a safe and enjoyable long weekend!

AskAway service launches a new platform.
The award-winning virtual reference service is moving to a new platform, effective May 13th. Students and faculty will have access to the same expert help with their research questions on a platform with enhanced functionality.Details about the migration can be found here.

Trying to use Ovid?
Ovid has announced that they are having unexpected issues with their platform.
Currently the databases are still working for UFV but if you are having specific problems, it may be linked to this disruption of service.
