Both of these platforms are having issues with the way you get access from off campus. They are using a software called CloudFlare that sees our users as a malicious attack. Therefore people are getting blocked and unable to download their content. Unfortunately there is no easy fix at the moment so the best way to get content is to come to campus to download your journal articles.
