We have just joined an unlimited user license for the DSM-5 Library, published by the American Psychiatric Association. From the vendor:

APA Publishing is releasing the DSM-5-TR™ on March 18, 2022
and the title will be available in the DSM-5 Library the same day it is
released in print. Additionally, the DSM-5 will also remain live in this
package when the DSM-5-TR™ is added.
