Intersession and Summer Hours

As today is the last day of exams, the libraries are moving into a brief intersession and then into our summer schedule, starting on May 2nd.

This week the libraries are open 8:30am - 4:30pm Wednesday through Friday and closed both Saturday and Sunday.

Starting on May 2nd, the Chilliwack and Abbotsford Libraries will shift into summer hours. We will be closed all statutory holidays. Please see below for the schedule for non-stat days:

Easter Weekend Library Hours

Note that AskAway closes on April 16th for the Winter Semester. We look forward to working with you again on AskAway when it re-opens on May 16th for the Summer Semester.

Library closed on Family Day

The UFV Library (both the Chilliwack and Abbotsford locations) and the AskAway Service will be closed on Monday, February 21, for Family Day. Please note that the libraries will be open regular hours during Reading Week, other than February 21.

The Library System Is Under Maintenance on February 8th from 8:30 am to 2:pm

The library system is under maintenance on February 8th, 2022 and will not be available until 2:00 pm. During the maintenance, the classic library catalog is not accessible, and you won't be able to access your library account and place a hold on a title. You may request assistance from our library circulation staff. For searching our library catalog and databases, please use our EBSCO Discovery Interface which is located in the middle of the library homepage.
